The Riverbank Practice Patient Participation Group (RPPPG) has been set up to aid communication between patients and staff at Riverbank Practice. The main aim is to build a positive relationship between patients and the practice.
We are not a forum for personal complaints nor to discuss individual's medical issues. There are other procedures in place to address these.
It is important that the views of patients are known and this information helps give patients greater engagement with the Practice. There may be opportunities to develop new and to improve existing services and practices dependant on the feedback received.
The RPPPG has developed a positive and constructive relationship with the Riverbank Practice. If you have any comments regarding the Practice and the way it operates, or have any suggestions for improvement, please contact any group member. A list of RPPPG members and how to contact them is on the notice board in the waiting room. The notice board will be regularly updated with the latest news about the RPPPG and the work of the group.
