Travel Vaccinations

We provide travel advice and immunisations.

If you are planning to travel abroad, please make sure you contact us in good time. A minimum of 6 weeks before your travel (3 months if possible) is required so we can get the information we need to get you covered in time. Some travel vaccines need to be administered 10 weeks before travel so it’s really important you give us sufficient notice.

Some immunisations need more than 1 dose and require a time gap. All vaccines have to be ordered in as they are not stock vaccines.   All vaccines for travel abroad are ordered individually.

To provide you with a guide on what advice and immunisations you need, please go to NHS Fit for Travel website

Some travel vaccinations are not provided free of charge by the NHS. Our Travel Advice and Vaccination service may incur a charge which must be paid before receiving the vaccinations. Patients who wish to use this service will be charged £15 administration cost per Nurse appointment plus £12 for the cost of each vaccine per patient. All the details are in this form.
